FOUR

Somehow my baby just turned four.  I’m not sure how this shocks me since sometimes you seem 14.  You my dear are an old soul, wise beyond your years.  Only those who truly know you can understand.  You amaze me constantly with your wit and wisdom.  You also are still very much a 4 year old with a wild and crazy side.  Sometimes it’s hard for me to remember that.  What keeps me in tune with you is your verbal reminders of how much you adore me.  They say little boys love their mommies more than anyone can explain.  You prove this true.  You truly do realize that you can make my life a bit crazy, but I love you no matter what and you tell me this daily.  You have even said “mommy, thank you for loving me when I make you crazy”.  God gave me you for a reason and I believe it was to make me stronger, to see the positive in everything and to learn to handle a little chaos.  Thank you for being you, being strong and for always calming down with me at the end of each day.  I love you more than words.
