Sunshine in Seattle

The other day the sun decided to come to Seattle.  We dropped all of our plans and spent the day outside.  We played at the park, fed the ducks, went on a nature hike, found a new favorite pizza place, ate dinner outside and rode bikes until bedtime.  Bring on the summer sun!

Growing Up

The crib is gone (yes I cried), Bennett is in Hudson's old bed and Hudson got new bunk beds. STOP GROWING!

Hudson's Perfect Day

A few weeks ago as Hudson went to sleep he said to me "mommy, today was the perfect day".  I can see why we would think so.  After church we went downtown with one of his best buddies Noah (we all drove together which..was a HIT).  We started our afternoon with lunch at Red Robin, spent a few hours at the Aquarium, bought a new stuffed animal (Hudson is a HUGE animal lover), had strawberry ice cream (his favorite), chased the seagulls in the sun and then headed home.  I have to agree with Hudson...it was the perfect day.
