Three

Dear Bennett,

To the boy that came into our family and made us complete.  I thank God each day for making you the “spirited” child by that you are.  You will do big things one day…I’m sure of it. There truly are no words to describe how unique you are.  You keep me on my toes in all ways each second that you are awake.  When you enter a room people know you are there instantly (usually by the loud noise), you are friendly to everyone, love to meet new people, always say please and thank you and tend to get your way using your big blue eyes and sweet face.   You are tough as nails but such a cuddle bug.  You love your family and live each day to cuddle with mommy at night (sometimes all night).  You wake up with enthusiasm and always ask for Hudson first thing.  You love to be active.  Your favorite things to do are swimming in the outdoor pool, riding your bike, playing football with daddy and running around at the park with friends.  You seem to be wise beyond your years and often shock me with your ability to reason at such a young age, yet you are still such a three year old.  You have an amazing memory and tend to remind me of things I've forgotten.  You are stubborn, strong willed and feisty…that’s why I love you so much.  You definitely are my son.  Please keep the “spirit” alive no matter how hard the world tries to crush it.  It is who you are and you my dear are amazing!
